Does MedPocket AI replace my doctor?
No. It explains terminology and helps you organize and prepare information. It never diagnoses, prescribes, or replaces professional medical judgment. For emergencies, contact your local emergency number immediately.
Is MedPocket AI HIPAA compliant?
No — MedPocket AI is explicitly not HIPAA compliant and is not intended to store protected health information for a covered healthcare provider. Please avoid uploading anything you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI service.
What happens when I use my Free plan limits?
The Free plan includes 10 voice interactions and 10 appointment preparations per month. Once you reach that, you can upgrade to Plus or Family for unlimited access.
Who can see my information?
Your account data (medications, appointments, family profiles) is stored in your own account and is only visible to you when logged in. Voice questions and documents you submit are sent to our AI provider to generate a response.
